Biuro Usług Inżyniersko-Budowlanych „BUDINWEST” J.Kołosiewicz i R.Suszek Sp.J. would like to submit an offer for the management of your Project including the complex investment supervision, and also for the provision of support in and undertaking of all formal and non-formal activities for the effective completion of the assigned tasks in the following scope:

1. Preparation of the project for implementation:

   1. The supervision of the preparation of the design documentation, including the support in obtaining all the necessary technical conditions, consents, opinions of network administrators, authorities and other institutions to obtain a decision on the building permit.

   2. The preparation of the tender-contract documentation to select the contractor and draw out the content of the contract.

   3. The preparation and the carrying out of the tender for the selection of the contractor, verification of bids, negotiations, optimisation, summary of bids, recommendation for the Investor.

   4. The delivery of the construction site to the contractor.

2. Investment management and supervision

   1. The project management.

   2. The performance of the investment supervision.

   3. The project administration.
